- Prepare 1 stalk lemongrass - finely sliced
- Take 3 cloves garlic
- Get 2 tbsp cashews
- Take 1 tsp lime juice
- Prepare 1 tbsp shrimp paste
- Take 3 cups veggie broth or water
- Get 1 can coconut milk about 1.5 cups and can add some more water if needed
- Get 1 lime - cut in wedges
