- Take a pressure cooker and add oil to it add the cardamom,cloves,pepper and cinnamon stick and saute well.

- Once it turns rose in colour add the chicken,potato and carrot cubes to it and close the lid.
- Wait for 2 whistles. Then open the cooker and add the coconut milk and turn off the gas once the gravy starts boiling.
- Add some coconut oil and curry leaves over the gravy and mix well.
