- For marinating -
- Cut the chicken in to small cubes and keep in a pan.
- Now add curd and mix it properly. Now add all the above mentioned ingredients and mix it properly.
- Refrigerate this mixture for 1 to 2 hours for marination.
- Now heat a flat bottom pan.
- Keep marinated chicken pieces on it cover the pan for 5 mins. And let it cook.
- Keep the flame medium.
- After 5 min remove the lid and flip the chicken pieces. Cover it for 2min.
- Remove the lid and let it cook open.
- Cook it until the chicken pieces turn golden brown.
- Garnish it with coriander or mint leaf.
