- Lemon juice,yogurt

- Let it cool and chop into small pieces and set aside
- In grinder add fresh mint, fresh coriander
- Green chilli and yogurt 1 pinch salt and blend until well combined

- In plate add egg,red chilli powder and salt and whisk well

- I make some single slice and some double slices
- Dip bread roll ups into beaten eggs then coat in bread crumbs
- In pan heat cooking oil and fry bread rolls up until golden brown
