- Take 2 kg chicken (cut in big pieces)

- Clean and wash Chicken. Make gashes on it.
- Add all masalas in it except butter. Mix well. Keep aside for 7 hr or over night.
- Now preheat the oven in 200 c for 15 min. Then keep tandoori pieces on high rack. Keep rack in preheated oven
- Set the time 20 min on 200 c on convection mode. cook for one side.then turn and cook from other side for 10 min. Chicken Tandoori is ready.
- Serve hot.
