Steps to make Random chicken with veg stew:

1. These were the vegetables I had in the fridge and they were about to expire
2. Start with frying the onion in olive oil for 5 min
3. Add the carrots,celery, and pepper, sprinkle a pinch of salt and mix for 5 more minutes
4. When the vegs are soft add the chicken, mix a bit, then add the garlic and mix again
5. Add the spice to the chicken and stir until everything is mixed together
6. When the chicken is almost cooked, add the chopped tomato, mix… then add the creme fraiche.
7. Bring the mixture to the boil, add the cashew nuts and then simmer for 10 min
