  7. Roll your dough in to very tin round shape,u can use any round shape ovjet to help you achieve your desired shape(here I use round cake board of 12 inches,I place.it on my shawarma sheet use sharp object to cut,remove the board and the excess flour as well
  8. Brush ur shawarma sheet with oil and brush to help u remove the flour from.d bread,then brush ur pan as well wt some oil,on medium heat,place the side without oil on the pan first after a munite or so then flip d other side with oil for same munites,remove from d pan and immidiately store ur bread in a zip lock bag, without leaving any air into d bag,repeat same procedure with the remaining dough ball
  9. You can make shawarma with ur bread,or serve as it is with tea or serve with some sauces like kidney sauce,liver,gizard sauce etc.
