4. heat a pan with oil on a med-high heat. add the chicken and rotate every few minutes until golden allover but not cooked. add the onions, garlic, soup, sweetcorn, parsley, salt and pepper. stir
5. add half the cheese to the pan, stir until melted then pour into a casserole dish. top with remaining chees and bake until chicken juices run clear and cheese is crispy
6. I served chicken next to buttery jacket potato with sauce on top and then extra cheese and parsley
